Check, Challenge, Appeal (CCA)
A new CCA process for England was introduced in April 2017 and adds greater complexity to that of the previous appeals system.
In addition, ratepayers must now register on the VOA Gateway portal and appoint their professional representative on this system, before any formal action can begin.
